Gruenrekorder considers itself to be a rallying point for sound artists, working on experimental sounds in the areas of Field Recordings, Soundscapes, Electronica and Poetry.
Field Recordings are the fixing of an acoustic moment by using a recorder. It emerges a sound effects library with elements of environmental sounds.
Soundscapes discuss the interaction between nature, society and sound, using field recordings and electrical sounds creating sound scapes.
Electronica ranges between avant-garde music and club music. It deals with the generating and modulating of sounds by machines.
Poetry means the interplay between voice and sampler creating independent speech works of art.
Gruenrekorder works since 2003 as label and released more than 30 works in CD,CDR and VINYL.

Powerful Ukrainian avant-label, releasing experimental music from almost all possible fields and genres - from improv post-rock and ambient to radical noise and microsound. After more than 4 years Nexsound already released collaborations and solo albums from such artists as Andrey Kiritchenko, Kotra, Zavoloka, Alla Zagaykevych, Muslimgauze, Kim Cascone, Francisco Lopez, Moglass, the, I/DEX and more than 30 other well known and young artists. At this moment Nexsound is for sure the main label for all Ukrainian experimental electronic and the brightest music card of Ukraine. Nexsound's releases already received excellent reviewes in such magazines as the WIRE, DE:BUG, Grooves, Signal To Noise.
From 2003 Nexsound is also responsible for miscellaneous shows of Ukrainian and foreign artists. Some of recordings from Nexsound's events can be downloaded from Live Reports sublabel.
